Inquiry (Science) - Change

Inquiry (Science) - Change

The 3 states of matter are:
  1. Liquid (e.g Water)
  2. Solid (e.g. Ice)
  3. Gas (e.g. air)

  1. Liquid is something that can be poured like water. The particles (parts of water) in the water keep on moving side to side and up and down.
  2. Solid is something that is stiff and not that easy to break. The particles (parts of solid) are stiff and organized into straight lines and not moving.
  3.  Gas is technically the air we breathe in and out. The particles (parts of gas) are scattered all around the place.
