How to do a Cartwheel ?
Warning: Do not do it on wood or any hard flooring if it's your first Time!!!! Why? Because you can hurt yourself.
- You will need an open space with no distractions.
- Then you get into the first position, which is to bring out a leg that you're comfortable with and put your hands above your head.
- Then lift the leg that is behind you by 4 inches off the ground.
- Then you lift your back leg even higher until your hands can reach the floor.
- Then lift the leg that was in front of you off the ground.
- Then make one of your hands point left and the other one keep it straight.
- Then all you do is twist your body and hopefully land. If you don’t land that is always fine, just keep on trying.
